Violation Policy

Last Updated: June 15, 2026

1. Purpose

  • This policy is established to maintain the integrity of the Superalink Affiliate Program and to provide a fair and transparent partnership environment for both affiliates and Superalink.
  • All affiliates are deemed to have agreed to this policy upon joining the program.

2. Violation Categories

Category A: Paid Advertising Violations

Brand Bidding → Level 2

Using "Superalink" or similar variations (e.g. "Supera link", "Superalink eSIM", etc.) as keywords in paid search advertising platforms such as Google Ads or Meta Ads.

This practice intercepts users who have already searched for the brand by name, resulting in inflated advertising costs for Superalink and the illegitimate accrual of commissions.

Exceptions may be granted with prior written approval if all of the following conditions are met:

  • Superalink is not running Google Ads in the relevant country
  • The ad copy does not contain language implying official status (e.g. "Official", "Authorized")
  • Written approval has been obtained from Superalink in advance

Ad Copy Impersonation → Level 3

Using expressions in ad copy such as "Official Superalink Store" or similar phrasing that causes consumers to mistake the ad for an official Superalink channel.

This damages brand credibility by misleading consumers into believing they are interacting with Superalink directly.

Geo/Daypart Evasion → Level 3

Running ads exclusively outside of regions or time windows where Superalink's headquarters or monitoring team is likely to detect them, in order to avoid compliance checks.

When occurring alongside A-1 or A-2, this constitutes grounds for immediate permanent termination.

Category B: Traffic Manipulation Violations

Cookie Stuffing → Level 3

Forcibly placing tracking cookies on a user's device without their consent in order to claim commissions on sales the affiliate did not genuinely influence.

Click Fraud → Level 3

Artificially inflating click counts using bots or automated tools, or generating repeated clicks from the same IP address.

URL Hijacking → Level 3

Registering domains that closely resemble superalink.com (e.g. superalink-esim.com, superaIink.com, etc.) and redirecting users through an affiliate link.

Self-Referral → Level 1~2

Generating commissions by making purchases through one's own affiliate link, or having family members or close acquaintances do so. Including where such purchases are made to reach least one threshold or to qualify for other promotional benefits (see also Category E-3)

A single confirmed instance results in a warning; repeated occurrences result in account suspension.

Category C: Content and Brand Usage Violations

Unauthorized Coupon Code → Level 1~2

Creating coupon codes not officially issued by Superalink, or using another affiliate's code without authorization in order to earn commissions.

This causes consumer confusion and undermines brand consistency.

False Advertising → Level 2

Advertising discount rates, features, or coverage that does not exist or is materially exaggerated.

If consumer complaints or refund requests result from such activity, the violation will be escalated to Level 3.

Brand Asset Misuse → Level 1~2

Modifying the Superalink logo, colors, or design assets in ways that do not comply with official brand guidelines, or representing the brand using materials not officially provided.

Inappropriate Content Placement → Level 2~3

Promoting Superalink affiliate links through channels or platforms that contain adult content, hate speech, or illegal material.

Category D: Privacy and Data Violations

Unauthorized Use of Customer Personal Data → Level 3

Using customer information visible in the affiliate dashboard (e.g. email addresses) for marketing purposes, resale, or sharing with third parties.

This may constitute a violation of applicable privacy laws including GDPR and PDPA.

Spam and Unsolicited Marketing → Level 2

Sending bulk emails or messages promoting Superalink to buyers or potential customers without their prior consent.

Category E: Affiliate Relationship Violations

Multi-Account Fraud → Level 3

Operating multiple affiliate accounts under the same individual in order to accumulate duplicate commissions or to facilitate self-referrals through a secondary account.

Account Transfer or Sharing → Level 2~3

Transferring an affiliate account to a third party, or sharing login credentials so that multiple individuals operate under a single account.

Promotional Incentive Abuse → Level 2~3

Engaging in any conduct intended to unfairly obtain, inflate, or retain promotional benefits provided by Superalink, including but not limited to Welcome Gifts, Video Bonuses, Milestone Bonuses, referral incentives, and non-cash rewards (such as complimentary eSIMs). This includes, without limitation:

  • Operating multiple accounts, or using accounts registered under family members, acquaintances, or other proxies, in order to receive duplicate or multiple promotional benefits.
  • Generating purchases through one's own affiliate link, or arranging purchases by family members or close acquaintances, in order to reach milestone thresholds, qualify for a complimentary eSIM, or otherwise trigger a promotional benefit (see also Category B-4).
  • Removing the registered affiliate link from the registered channel before the end of the minimum retention period after a Welcome Gift has been credited.
  • Submitting fabricated, misleading, low-quality, or recycled video content, or content that does not genuinely promote Superalink, in order to claim a Video Bonus.

The use of identical payment methods, withdrawal accounts, IP addresses, or device identifiers across multiple accounts will be treated as evidence of abuse. Promotional benefits obtained through abuse may be clawed back or forfeited in accordance with the Affiliate Terms and Conditions (Section 7).
